Pearland Community Gardens

Pearland Community Gardens is a community project that is being organized by Cassie Johnson- Mitchel with Bay Area Homesteading, Kate Wilczek with the Pearland Radical Vegetable Gardeners, The City of Pearland Parks and Recreation Department and the Vic Coppinger YMCA in Pearland, Texas. Funds raised by produce sold at this market goes towards building gardens and community outreach. The produce available at the market is a small percentage of what is grown by volunteers and the rest is donated to local food banks and charities.
