Dinner was fabulous - I mixed homemade pasta sauce with a little of the spicy tomato dip and then added the chevre to make it creamy. Then stirred the cooked gnocchi. Perfect!
I sliced the garlic bread, spread on homemade butter and sprinkled with the garlic salt and then toasted. Outstanding!
I mixed yuzu puree, dijon mustard, Texas olive oil and Murray river salt for a tasty vinaigrette.
Sunday night supper was healthy, delicious and very local! Almost everything was picked or made within the last week.
